CSIDS (Criminal Sentencing and Intelligent Decision Support) system is the one which is foremost helpful in making the judicial decision speed up so as to avoid the delay and inconvenience
Basically this system makes use of huge amount of data related to particular judicial case as the evidences and the proofs needed to tackle the case. The development in this field has significant change in the judicial system as it is less time consuming and provided all possible best outcome search for penalizing the convicted. It is more promising for the judge to work on different cases simultaneously and shift attention form one case to other case with the ease of mouse click.
The other side of coin has some limitations and can be rectified as the system is used in more and more province. Technical faults are very hazardous and wrong data entry can create havoc also high speed processors and sophisticated hardware is demanded .As it is the computerized system the chances of bugs must also be considered.
