Education

Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science or Electronics) or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) preferable or equivalent.

Experience

5 + years developing web-based applications using LAMP / WAMP Technologies.

Project Manager

Successful track record with medium to large projects (e.g. 20 person years) that included estimation, planning, implementation and launch
Management of 10 plus software professionals on a specific project
Knowledge of software quality processes, formal development methodologies and project management techniques.
Interaction with QA professional team to achieve the release of a quality software product to meet client expectations
Support of business development managers (BDMs) during project acquisition phase

Project Leader

An NIT project leader reports to a project manager and takes responsibility for the development and delivery of custom software application modules designed to meet the business needs of clients. The skills required for this position include strong technical abilities combined with team leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills so that functional requirements can be collected from clients and analyzed to create an effective systems requirements specification (SRS).

Hands-on development track record delivering client/server and web-based applications using Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET) and/or J2EE-related technologies (Java, JSP, etc.), XML/XSLT, SOAP, OOAD, Web Services, Oracle and SQL Server. In-depth knowledge of object oriented programming concepts.
Team leadership of a minimum of five software professionals
Proven track record with domestic projects is a must and overseas experience is preferable.
Strong English communication skills that can be demonstrated - both oral and written.

Senior Software Engineer

Quality Manager

The NIT Quality Manager will provide the comprehensive support required to define and maintain the organization-wide QMS (Quality Management System) and keep it up-to-date, monitor compliance and follow-up with corrective actions. It is important to continue to define the metrics to be measured in compliance with the company's quality certifications and to implement a process to collect this data and build and maintain the metrics database. A quality event calendar will need to be maintained to ensure maintenance of current certifications and achievement of future certifications to meet the strategic plans of the organization. QMS procedures will need to be implemented and monitored in all functional units of the company so that NIT can continue to deliver excellence through quality.
