concepts and applications, experiences from existing deployment, current developments and future evolution.

Control
Linear and Nonlinear control, Multivariable control, Model Predictive control, Robust control, Network control, Intelligent control, Process control, System Theory, Hybrid and Discrete Event Systems, Identification
& Filtering, Robotics, Signal Processing and Fault Diagnosis.
Submission of papers
The full paper submission will be peer reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contribution, and readability. The accepted full
paper will be published in the conference proceeding. Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references in IEEE format. Full text paper will be accepted only by
electronics submission in word document. Extended version of the selected papers will be published in the International Journal on Smart Sensing and Intelligent Systems.

Conference Proceedings
Those papers recommended by the Review Committee and registered on or before August 6, 2011 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be made available during the conference.
