Post VP – Operations

Job Description
Reporting to the CEO, the VP Operations will be responsible for the day to day working of the company’s business in Pune. The assignment includes:

* Responsible for yearly production budget, planning and execution of sales orders.
* Work with plant heads to maintain production quality, delivery schedules and profitability.
* Drive auxiliary services, procurement, finance, maintenances, quality etc to achieve production targets.
* Identify operation lacunae, defining action plans to address them and drive their execution
* Improving plant profitability and performance increase scalability and reducing break-even point.
* Creating a robust second line of managers to ensure availability of good management for company’s growth plan.
* Constantly improve the MIS from an operations perspective to enable management and line functions.

Candidate Profile
The right candidate would:
* Hold a BE degree, preferably in mechanical, metallurgy, foundry technology or production. In exceptional cases, non engineering graduates could be considered
* Has 15 to 20 years of management experience, has held a similar position in an Aluminium GDC / LPDC foundry (minimum 500 T / month capacity) atleast for three years.
* Atleast 10 years experience in Aluminium GDC / LPDC foundry business.
* Is well aware of costing aspects and other production related ratios related to the company’s business.
* Has a fair grasp of costing principles and has fair degree of experience in budgeting
* Can work with people at all levels.
* Has relevant experience in union related issues.
* Can mentor subordinates and has proven expertise in creating second level of management.
* Has excellent communication skills is a team player and has excellent presenting skills.

Experience
15 Years to 20 years

Post GM – Marketing

Job Description
Reporting to Asst. Vice President, the GM Marketing will play a mixed role in sales and marketing. Reporting to Asst. Vice President – Marketing, the assignment includes:
* Making and executing a marketing and sales plan, specially for the Non Automotive sector
* Getting actively involved in costing, client interaction and closing orders
* Maintaining client relationships to ensure smooth transactions
* Manage the Lead generation process for the organization
* Open new LOBs and markets
* Manage Macro Market information to assist the sales function
* Set up and run the process for market forecast and build visibility for the future
* Capitalize on economic down turn to penetrate local and overseas markets

Candidate Profile
The right candidate would:
* Hold a BE degree, preferably an MBA (Marketing)
* Has worked at marketing / selling Aluminium Castings through GDC / LPDC route
* Is well networked in the relevant Automotive and Non Automotive industries
* Is well versed with Aluminium castings costings and deal making issues
* Has spent atleast 6-7 years in sales and marketing, of which at least the last 3 are at a senior level
* Has worked at generating leads, researching, identifying prospective customers, opening dialog with them and bringing them to a logical conclusion
* Is apt at making and running sales plans
* Can work with superiors, peers and subordinates in meeting sales and marketing objectives
* Can mentor subordinates
* Be a natural net-worker
* Has excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
* Is presentable, team player and is capable of presenting to top management

Experience
Minimum 10 years

Post Manager – Training & Development

Job Description
The Training & Development function is at the core of increasing the knowledge capital of Enkei. Given the fact that knowledge and processes make or break organizations, this position is strategic in nature. The assignment includes:
* Setting and implementing a process for identifying training needs across the organization
* Setting a relevant skill-set inventory measurement, monitoring and improvement process
* Setting annual training budgets and calendars
* Setting a culture of learning within the organization
* Working closely with various stakeholders to align training goals to business needs
* Setting and monitoring measurable indices for training efficacy and effectiveness
* Set and define effective Knowledge Management needs and processes within the organization
* Coordinate with external agencies and arrange best of breed training in different areas
* Set effective orientation plans for new employees at different levels and function within the organization

Candidate Profile
The right candidate would:
* Be an MBA (HR), preferably a Diploma from Indian Society for Training & Development
* Have had a minimum of 3-5 years of prior experience in setting effective training and OD programs
* Have proficiency in hard and soft skills development
* Be well networked within the training community
* Have excellent communication skills
* Is presentable
* Is comfortable with MS Office

Experience
12 to 16 years

Post MIS & Costing Manager

Job Description
The Costing and MIS Managers will act as the eyes and ears of the Plant Heads. They will work closely with the Plant Heads in providing them with a true picture, in financial terms about their and their plant's performance. The assignment includes:
* Working with Plant heads for budgeting
* Making Plant and company level aggregated MIS for taking cogent decisions
* Working with Plant heads by highlighting deficiencies, lacunas and advising them on areas of improvement
* Co-relating sales (planned and actuals) with the plant's actual expenditure
* Providing Plant Heads and the management with sufficient leading indicators for taking timely actions and decisions to obviate and /or mitigate wastage

Candidate Profile
The right candidate would:
* Be a CA and / or an ICWA
* Have performed similar role in an foundry (preferred) or in a hybrid topography automotive component manufacturer
* Is well versed with costing principles like fixed, variable & differential costings, overhead allocations, effect of depreciation to costing, etc
* Is well versed with MS Excel
* Is apt at costing scenario building
* Is experienced in plant level budgeting
* Is capable of working with manufacturing people and help them achieve their targets by providing them a true picture of their performance
* Is presentable, team player and is capable of presenting to top management

Experience
10 to 12 years
