About Workshop

Karunya University is into its 25th year of service in Research and Higher education with specific focus on Engineering and Technology. The department of Computer Science and Engineering aims at technical and professional competency to produces top-notch engineers who are being recruited by companies all over the world. The department also offers facilities for research in the areas of networks, network security, image processing, Wireless Sensor Networks, Agents, Grid Computing and Data Mining.

Qualnet Simulator is a state-of-the-art simulator or large, heterogeneous networks and the distributed applications that execute on those networks. Qulanet Simulator is an extremely scalable simulation engine, accommodating high–fidelity networks of tens and thousands of nodes. Qualnet makes good use of the computational resources and models large-scale networks with heavy traffic and mobility, in reasonable simulation time. The content and focus of the workshops may be designed for both professional development and to create the awareness to use Qualnet for teaching and research needs.
