BIO TECH CONGRESS NEW DELHI

About the Conference
The Third Asian Conference on Mechanics of Functional Materials and Structures (ACMFMS 2012) is the successor of the First and the Second conferences held at Matsue, Japan in 2008 and Nanjing, China in 2010, respectively, and will be held during December 5-8, 2012 in New Delhi, India. The aim of this conference is to provide a forum for researchers and academics, particularly from East Asia and neighbouring region, to interact, exchange ideas and establish relationships, with a view to future cooperation and subsequent development of research in theoretical and applied mechanics of solids. Young university faculty and researchers are especially encouraged to participate, and use this opportunity to network with others in similar situations, who will also be seeking to develop their research abilities and experience.
Topics
This is a conference on theoretical and applied mechanics of solids, with particular focus on the following, but not limited to them:
  • Mechanics of Functional and Intelligent Materials
  • Mechanics of Functional and Smart Structures
  • Structural Health Monitoring
  • Elasticity (Mathematical, Thermo, Electro, Electromagneto, Photo)
  • Plasticity (Mathematical, Multiscale, Thermo, Visco)
  • Fracture and Damage Mechanics
  • Impact Mechanics and Dynamic Material Behavior
  • Contact Mechanics

International Conference on Emerging Electronics

International Conference on Emerging Electronics

International Conference on Emerging Electronics (ICEE) will be held at IIT Bombay, India during December 15-17, 2012. The theme of the conference will be ‘Emerging Electronics & the More than Moore Era’. ICEE will be a biennial conference which aims to serve as a unique platform towards shaping the future of research in electronics looking beyond the CMOS Technologies. ICEE 2012 will be jointly organized by IIT Bombay and IISc Bangalore and technically co-sponsored by IEEE Electron Devices Society.
The conference will consist of tutorial sessions, plenary/invited talks and contributed papers on various focus areas in emerging electronics. There will be dedicated poster sessions where Ph.D. students will have an opportunity to present their work to an international panel of experts and get feedback on their research ideas/results. The following focus areas have been identified for ICEE 2012. Research scholars working in these areas are particularly encouraged to attend and present their work.
There will be preconference tutorials on December 14, 2012.
    FOCUS AREAS:
  • Advanced Logic & Memory devices
  • Flexible Electronics
  • Photovoltaics and Energy Systems
  • Nanobiosensors
  • Nano-electro-mechanical Devices/Systems
  • Low dimensional Semiconductors: Growth & Applications
  • Compound Semiconductor Devices
  • Semiconductor Process Technologies
  • Computational Modeling at the Nanoscale
