National Women's Conference on Exploring Potentialities of Women in Engineering
Countless women have made extraordinary contributions to our world and the engineering profession. Our conference will be a forum to discuss informative topics in engineering while providing well rounded and thoughtful views of current events affecting women. This event gives a platform to the women engineers across India to come forward, interact with each other and share innovative and constructive work done in their respective fields and the implications of the same.
Objectives of the conference:
• To create a conduit for current and future programs and activities that focus on women in engineering and technology.
• To promote outreach programs and encourage more Society-wide participation for showcasing women endowments.
• To encourage women to involve at local level to employ their technical prowess for the upliftment of women and girl child.
The Conscious Women Consortium at CITC aspires to promote the fusion of thoughts that leads to the enrichment and enhancement of women’s career in the field of Engineering & Technology. The focus is to organise networking events at state level and other national meetings of interest and maintain a cohesive source of support in promoting women oriented programs in future.
