39th ISTE ANNUAL CONVENTION NITK SURATHKAL, MANGALORE
DECEMBER 18-20, 2009.
The 39th ISTE Annual Convention will be held at National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK), Surathkal from 18th to 20th December, 2009. A National Conference on “Managing Technical Education for Leveraging Innovation and Entrepreneurship” will be organized as a part of the convention. The Annual Convention of ISTE occupies a prestigious place in the calendar of academic conferences, conventions and seminars in the field of technical education. A galaxy of academicians, professionals, academic administrators, statesmen and bureaucrats from different parts of the country will be attending the convention.
Note:
Indo US Colloboration for Engineering Education (IUCEE) will be holding a one day parallel session on 19 December 2009 during the 39th ISTE Annual Convention. All the IUCEE participants will register for the ISTE Annual Convention.

GENERAL GUIDELINES
The soft copy is be submitted to the Manuscript handling website center, http://39iste.nitk.ac.in or iste39@gmail.com.
Number of pages in the paper is limited to six including graphs, illustrations etc. It is necessary that all selected papers are presented by the respective authors at the Convention for a meaningful outcome. Hence, unless their registration is confirmed on or before 15th November 2009, abstracts of their papers will not be considered for publication in the proceedings.
Authors will prepare for either oral or poster presentation.
