Interactive Voice Response System

ABSTRACT

The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System provides new levels of convenience for examination department to control and monitor their environment through their telephone hand set. The system provides a friendly series of voice messages to guide users through telephone. The only information needed to enter is examination number. When a service is selected, the exam number will be checked out from the database and appropriate result is send in terms of voice. Telephone monitoring and control uses a PC and Voice Processing Board from Dialogic Corporation that supports telephone lines, each with the capacity for dial in and dial out functionality.
