EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT RECOVER RLYCLE & REUSE
ABSTRACT
Water once used becomes a waste because of various impurities and it cannot be reused unless it is treated and quality is restored. Conventional methods of treatment currently in practice can treat the water to a degree of safe disposal. But water – a natural resource which is continuously exploited from the ground is wasted in large quantum due to huge manufacturing activities in the industrial zone. The time has now come to seriously think about resource conservation. This paper describes the treatment technology for treatment of effluent in three stages, where treatment is done for parameters of physical impurities, inorganic impurities, & organic impurities including final polishing. This treatment method finally renders the effluent, which is 100% crystal clear and can be reused once again in the manufacturing process. The most interesting part of this paper is the cost effectiveness of this treatment technology simultaneously converting the industrial waste into Environmental Wealth.
