About the Conference

America's need to rebuild its infrastructure for the 21st century is an often discussed topic. But many infrastructure projects are fraught with delays and cost overruns at a time when money is scarce and budgets are being slashed everywhere.
Traditional project management is the primary culprit in rebuilding America. By assuming a perfect world in which plans will not be disrupted by uncertainties, the traditional approach simply cannot keep activities and resources synchronized, which results in delays and skyrocketing costs.
At Project Flow 2010, attendees will learn from colleagues how to apply successful methodologies and software that ensures that departments and entities keep working in concert even as uncertainties unfold in execution, saving both time and money.
