JOB Description:

Analyzing the need of the organization for students placement. Finding suitable industries for specific branches. Leadership to a team of 10/12 Placement Executives & PR activity directly with Corperate HR Personnel. Invite company officials to the college for talks, leading to summer training and final placement of the students. Candidate with similar experience in an Engg./Technical institutions shall best suited.

QUALIFICATION:

* UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
* PG - Any Post Graduate / MBA/PGDM -Any Specialization.

EXPERIENCE:

10-20 years in the relevant field.

DESIRED CANDIDATE profile:

A highly positive minded, vibrant and magnetic personality who succeeds everywhere. Public relations per excellence. Smart and should know how to convert goodwill into business. Never accepts defeat and with clean habits. Candidate in similar post of an Engineering colleges at Bangalore or near by will be prefered.

SALARY:

Rupees 6.00 Lakhs- upto 9.0 Lakhs/- per annum

BENEFITS:

Travelling Allowances + GIS + EPF + Petrol Charges + Mobile Charges + Incentive upto 11 lakhs per annum for achivement beyond target.
