Final Paper Submissions Guidelines as per IEEE standard:

PLEASE NOTE: We now accept only IEEE XploreTM-compliant PDF files for final paper submissions. Please stress to authors the importance of distilling their PDF files to meet IEEE PDF specifications.
Our online author kits now include instructions for authors to access and use the IEEE PDF eXpressTM online file conversion/PDF validation system. PDF eXpressTM helps authors convert their papers into IEEE XploreTM-compatible PDF files (conversion function) or to check their own PDF files for IEEE XploreTM compatibility (PDF validation function). There is no additional charge to use the PDF eXpressTM system for conferences publishing through CPS.
At a minimum, basic PDF distiller settings MUST be changed so PDF files are: optimized, set to Acrobat 4.0 compatibility, all graphics are set to at least 300 dpi resolution, ALL fonts are embeddable, POSTSCRIPT fonts, ALL fonts must be embedded and subset, postscript settings SHOULD NOT override distiller settings and page size is 612.0 x 792.0 points (8.5" x 11"). Authors should check their final PDF files before submission to verify that all fonts have been properly embedded and subset. Some font manufacturers now flag their fonts to not embed. These fonts should be avoided.

An Adobe Acrobat Distiller JobOptions file set up to meet these minimum IEEE PDF specifications is available upon request. You may also adjust this JobOptions file to produce higher resolution graphics if so desired.
The complete IEEE PDF specification document can be found at :

PAPER SUBMISSION:

Online submissions of original and unpublished papers are encouraged. Three types of papers will be considered: regular papers (6-pages), short papers (4-pages), poster papers (2-pages). All submitted papers will undergo DOUBLE-blind-review by a strong team of reviewers and program committee members consisting of leading researchers around the globe. Authors need to prevent identity disclosure in many ways: (1) not list names and affiliations of authors, (2) not say "my work" or "our work" in the text while citing self references, and (3) not write acknowledgments such a way that identity of authors are implied. Author information should ONLY be included in the submission form. All accepted papers after peer-review will be published in the conference proceeding.

PAPER FORMATING:

The authors need to submit a manuscript as a single pdf file using the above link. The pdf should not have any information about authors and authors’ identity need to be prevented as mentioned above for blind review process. The pdf file needs to be formatted as per the IEEE requirements.

The formatting instructions adapted from IEEE-CS Press materials are given below:

* Instructions (Word, PDF, Postscript)
