Working knowledge of Mapinfo, MIPT, TEMS, Google Earth, etc

- Exposure to Nokia system
Responsibilities
Drive test and log file analysis to fix the problem and suggestion for the solution

- KPI (TCH drop, SDCCH drop, DLQ, ULQ, TCH/SDCCH congestion, HOSR, TASR, etc) monitoring and optimization

- Site survey for new FI sites

- Frequency plan, MAIO, SFH planning

- Resolution of customer complaints
