1st International Conference on Current Trends in Technology, Nirma University, Ahmedabad

Nirma University International Conference on Engineering (NUiCONE) 2010 is a flagship event of the Institute of Technology. This conference is being followed by successful organization of national conferences of previous four years. NUiCONE 2010 is a multidisciplinary event encompassing themes related to disciplines of Computer, Information Technology, Civil, Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Electronics & Communication. The objective of the conference is to bring professional Engineers, academicians and research scholars of matching interests on a common platform to share new ideas, experiences, and knowledge in various fields of Engineering and Technology. The scientific program will consist of peer-reviewed paper presentations in parallel technical sessions. In addition, keynote lectures, presentations by industry professionals, panel discussions, tutorials and poster presentations will be conducted during the conference. Such interactions will facilitate better understanding about technological developments all across the globe amongst the peers. This conference will certainly ignite the minds of the researchers for undertaking more interdisciplinary collaborative research for up gradation of technology.

Call For Papers

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PROSPECTIVE AUTHORS

* Researchers, Academicians and Professionals interested to present a paper at the technical sessions are invited to submit a full length paper not exceeding six A4 size pages.
* Soft copy of paper should be submitted in .doc or .pdf file as per the format specified below.

* Paper must start with an abstract of about 250 words along with maximum five keywords
* Soft copies of the papers in specified format should be uploaded on the website.

* Papers will be reviewed and scrutinized by the Technical Committee for the final acceptance
* Information about necessary revisions to be incorporated if any will be communicated to the corresponding author

* Authors of the selected papers will be notified of acceptance by e-mail
* At least one of the authors of the accepted papers must register for the conference
* Authors are required to submit an undertaking along with the paper which implies that it has not been published previously, that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and that if accepted it will not be published elsewhere in the same form
* Prize of Rs. 5,000/- will be awarded to the best paper amongst the papers presented by the student authors
* A poster session will also be organized for the authors whose papers are not selected for the oral presentation

* Papers of oral and poster presentations will be included in the conference proceedings
