OPTICAL FIBRE COMMUNICATIONS

OPTICAL FIBRE COMMUNICATIONS

ABSTRACT :

If you are considering a wiring project ,think

DO IT RIGHT, DO IT ONCE, SPEND LESS!

i.e., nothing other than OPTICAL FIBRE

Optical fibre is the new comer in telecommunication.

Actually it’s not really new, people have been using light to communicate across long distances throughout history.

The early systems were unsophisticated, required a high intensity light source and used simple pre established messaging protocols.

Today’s modern light messaging system uses a glass pipe to channel light through, similar to the way that water is moved around through pipes.

The high expectations of optical fibres as information carriers in communication systems have been justified by their performance over the past two decades.

Just a dream more than 3 decades ago, long distance communication through OPTICAL FIBRE has now become a reality.
