Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere can be submitted. Full papers are required for review. Original and unpublished papers are invited for presentation as per the following guidelines:

* Submit the manuscript of the paper having maximum 06 pages (including figures & tables). Draft paper should not
contain author name and affiliation details.

* All submissions must be in English either in PDF or DOC or DOCX format.

* Please submit your manuscript through the online submission latest by 15th October, 2010.

* Hardcopy submissions will not be accepted.

Instructions for submitting the camera ready paper:

1. All authors of the accepted papers are requested to submit their camera ready version online by 30th November, 2010.
2. At least one author of an accepted paper must register at full rate for publishing the paper in the conference proceedings
3. Papers should be submitted in the IEEE Conference Paper Format (Templates for the same are given below).
4. Please keep the page limit to 6.
