Call for Paper:

Technologists, scientists, professionals and research scholars are invited to present their original and unpublished work and experience as a technical paper in the conference under following areas.

Submit the manuscript of the paper having maximum six pages (including figures & tables) through online paper submission on or before 15th October, 2010.

An abstract should not exceed 100 words.

The initial manuscript should not contain author details.

The accepted paper must be correctly formatted including authors details in camera-ready copy and submitted through online paper submission. as per the following guidelines.

Instructions for submitting the camera ready paper:

All authors of the accepted papers are requested to submit their camera ready version online by 30th November, 2010.
At least one author of an accepted paper must register at full rate for publishing the paper in the conference proceedings.
Papers should be submitted in the IEEE Conference Paper Format (Templates for the same are given below).
Please keep the page limit to 6.

All submissions must be in English either in PDF or DOC format. Hard copy submissions will not be accepted.

If I am a author/ co author of two papers. Is there any kind of CONCESSION?

If you are registering for both the papers then for one paper you have to register full and for another 50% only is to be paid.

If I register for the conference and my co author presents the paper. Is it allowed?

Yes

If I register for the conference & my co-author wants to come along with me. Is it OK.?

YES. Provided he/she also registers by paying the full registration amount.

If I register for the conference and my co author presents the paper. Who would get the Certificate?

The person presenting the paper OR AS per decided and informed by first author to the organizing committee.

What do you mean by seal and authorized seal and signature?

The author & co-author working at some place should get the authorized seal and signature of that institute. For PG/RS students get it sealed and signed by the HEAD OF your concerned department.

What else to send in the author’s kit along with copyright form?

Is PDF Format allowed for Camera Ready Paper?

NO. ONLY .doc format. if someone is writing the document in latex then .tex format is allowed. Required he/she has to send .tex file along with all figures and graphs in .eps format too.

If you register for PRE CONFERENCE WORKSHOP. You would be allowed to attend all the plenary sessions of the INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE

What if we only register for INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE can we attend the PRE CONFERENCE WORKSHOP?

If you register for INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE. You would be allowed to attend all the sessions of the PRE - CONFERENCE WORKSHOP.
