WHAT IS AUTOMATION?
Automation is an ancient Greek word, which means self-dictacted. It is a technology concerned with the application of mechanical, electronic, and computer based systems to operate and control production. It is a step beyond mechanization. In early days machines were simple like lifting weights using pulleys or lever. But, nowadays-renewable energy sources such as wind, tied, flowing water are used. Automation greatly reduces need of human sensory and mental requirements.
