Conference Theme

The basic objective of the conference is to illustrate the emerging trends in the field of Mechanical Engineering. The topics covered are from the wide spectrum of Mechanical Engineering, such as, Design, Manufacturing, Metallurgy, Industrial Engineering, and Mechatronics, Thermal Science and Engineering and Managerial aspects of engineering. The conference aims to provide common platform to academicians, industrialist, research scholars and students to exchange their expertise and knowledge. 21st century is the century of knowledge and academicians have a vital role to play in this era to promote and enhance the knowledge among the society, nation and globe as a whole. For spreading knowledge, it is quite essential to share the same among intellectual mass of people and such conferences can definitely prove to be one of the effective means for the same.

Submission of full paper: 15th January, 2011
Notification of acceptance: 15th February, 2011
Last date of registration: 25th February, 2011

Registration Fees

The selected participants should registered by sending the duly filled registration form along with the registration fee on or before 25/02/2011.

Fee structure:

Category Fee (Per person / paper)

A) Person from R & D Organization & Industry Rs. 2,000/-
B) Faculty members Rs. 1,200/-
C) P.G. & Ph.D. Students Rs. 1,000/-
D) U.G. Students Rs. 800/-

Registration fee should be sent by Demand Draft in favour of “The Principal, GCET”, payable at Vallabh Vidyangar to the organizing secretary at the address mentioned below.

Important Instruction:

Maximum three authors are allowed per paper. Registration kit and certificate of presentation will be given to the registered authors only who will remain present physically and will present their paper in the conference.

REGISTRATION FORM

Author & Submission Guidelines

Only original papers that have not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere can be submitted. All papers will be peer reviewed on the basis of originality, technical depth, content & relevance to conference theme. The authors are required to submit the full length paper including text, figures, graph, tables, references etc. not exceeding 6 pages. The paper should be in MS-word and strictly as per the format available on the website. Abstract should not exceed 250 words. Submit full length paper by email at: etme2011@gmail.com. After intimation of acceptance, hard copy of the final paper should be submitted to the organizing secretary at the following address along with the registration form and fees.
