Call for Papers

The original papers from following topics (but not restricted), are invited for presentation in the conference:

Submission Process

Papers must be submitted electronically at conference email address bitnoida_conf@bitmesra.ac.in in the prescribed conference format. All the papers will be peer reviewed by out review committee members and will also be published in the conference proceedings. All the accepted papers will be given a chance for a presentation during the conference.

Authors Guidelines

Authors should prepare a PDF or Word document in the prescribed format. The submitted papers should not exceed 6-8 pages, including an abstract.

In order to get the paper published in the conference proceedings, atleast one listed author of the final paper must register and attend the Conference to present the paper. NCICT-2011 reserves the right to exclude a paper from publication, if the paper is not presented at the conference.

Review Process

All submissions will undergo a reviewing proess by the Review Commitee. Criteria for paper evaluation include relevance for the conference, importance of the topic with the current scenario, quality of analysis and evidence, organization, contribution to related research activity and overall quality of the paper.

The National Conference on Information & Communication Technology: Opportunities and Challenges in 21st Century (NCICT-2011), aims to draw together eminent academicians, scientists, researchers, technocrats, government representatives and experts across all fields of computing and to discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted. This new path will eliminate isolation, discourage redundant efforts and promote scientific progress aimed to accelerate India’s overall growth to prominence on the International front.

The two-day event will include the following technical and non-technical programmes-

• Inaugural Session
• Speeches by experts
• Paper presentations
• Students project (if any)
• Valedictory Session

For Paper Contributors:
Abstract Submission : 30th December’2010
Acceptance Notification : 10th January'2011
Full Paper Submission : 20th January'2011
Last Date for Registration : 22nd January'2011

For Non-Contributors:

Last Date for Registration : 20th January'2011

Registration

The registration deadline for the conference is 10th January'2011. All the payment should be made through a Demand Draft drawn in favor of Birla Institute of Technology and payable at Noida along with a completely filled registration form.

On Spot Registration - Rs. 2500
