Abstract Submissions
The Ist International Conference on Tourism and Technology 2011 is happy to announce the opening of its Call for Abstracts Submission Website on January 11, 2011. Abstracts will be accepted for oral and / or poster presentations. Abstracts can only be submitted online via the online abstract submission form that is provided through a link on the conference website.

April 15, 2011: Last date of sending the Acceptance / Rejection notifications to the Submitters

Please note that the online abstract submission system will close on March 31, 2011 at 1800 hrs and no submissions will be accepted after that date. It is the responsibility of each individual to ensure that his abstract is submitted online by the deadline. All abstracts must be submitted using the ICTT 2011 Online Abstract Submission System only. Abstract submissions sent by post or via email will not be considered.
Presenting Authors
The presenting author is the one who will personally present the paper at the conference, at either an oral or poster session. All communication from the conference will only be with the presenting author. The presenting author’s contact details should be filled when submitting the abstract online.
Presenting authors will need Internet access and an email address. The secretariat office will communicate with the presenting author through the e-mail address that is given at the time of submission.
Number of Abstracts
Only one abstract can be submitted by a particular presenting author. If more than one abstract is submitted by the same presenting author then the one submitted earlier will be deleted and not sent for review, however please try to submit the correct abstract for one time only and avoid submitting the abstract again.

Abstract Format
The Ist ICTT 2011 will use an electronic process for the submission of abstracts.
Simple instructions will be provided at every step of the online submission process.
Please note the following:
For standardization, abstracts must not exceed the limit of 2 pages.
Abstracts need to be structured as follows:
* Title that clearly indicates the subject of the abstract
* Background
* Objectives
* Methods
* Results
* Conclusions
Review Process
The Technical & Abstract Committee will review all the submitted abstracts. Presenting authors of the abstracts will be informed of the selection outcome by email to the address they provided in the online abstract submission form.
THE ABSTRACT COMMITTEE’ S DECISION IS FINAL AND CANNOT BE APPEALED

To withdraw your abstract, please send an email no later than March 31, 2011 to the Organizing Secretary at icttindia@gmail.com with a copy to icttindia@tbi.co.in. The email subject should state: Abstracts
Publication
All accepted abstracts will be published in the official abstract book of the conference.
