Call for Papers

Unpublished papers by researchers, academicians and industry professionals related to business innovation and technology management.

All submissions are peer reviewed. Accepted papers will be published in the ISBN conference proceedings. Best papers will be published in ISSN RSM International Journal of Engineering, Technology and Management.

Guidelines for Submission:

The following information is to be provided

1. Personal information name, title of research, affiliation, e-mail address, telephone number and postal address
2. Abstract a summary of your research including research objective, scope, methodology, finding, implications, keywords and paper type, not exceeding two pages and the full paper should not exceed 3000 words (A4 size), MS Word, font Times New Roman, Size 12, 1.5 line spacing, Justified.
3. Reference section in the main paper to be in APA format.
4. In addition to the hard copy, authors are requested to submit soft copy of the papers. In case of joint authorship, each author must register separately.

Program Overview:

Peter Drucker states in “The Discipline of Innovation,” Harvard Business Review (1985) that “Unexpected successes and failures are such productive sources of innovation…most businesses dismiss them, disregard them, and even resent them.”

Technology innovation management is relatively new. Moreover, since technology is rapidly changing, the usual view is that innovation and technology management is a hit or miss discipline. Technology Innovation Management refers to the management of products that constantly require innovation for a firm to sustain leadership, the processes or products that improve an organization’s innovation capability and strategic response to new technologies or innovations. The National Conference aims to facilitate research on various dimensions of Technology Innovation Management..
