Java/ J2EE Developers/ Designers
Education: BE/ BTech/ ME/ MTech/ MCA/ MSc in Computer Science or related field
Experience: At least 5 years of industry work experience (Teaching experience not to be accounted for)

Skills:

* Solid hands-on development experience in J2EE Architecture and Web Services includes JSP, EJB, XML, DOM, XSLT, JSON, XSD, SAX, MDB, JMS, JDBC, JSF, MBeans, JMS, JMX, DAO, Struts, Hibernate, Spring Framework, JSTL and Tags, XMLBeans, JAX-RPC, Coherence, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI.
* Strong experience with JDBC, SQL, PL/SQL on Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL
* Experience in two or more Servlet containers / app servers including performance tuning with Resin, Apache and mod_caucho, Tomcat, JBoss, Eclipse, WebLogic, Websphere, iPlanet, Oracle 9iAS/ 10g etc.
* Solid OOA/D/P, J2EE design patterns, and UML experience using Rational or other tools.
* Familiar with architectural patterns of enterprise applications and the ability to address practical concerns in designing solutions
* Exposure to emerging Web Technologies such as AJAX, MQ, Web Services, Web 2.0 and SOA desirable
* Exposure programming standards and guidelines, SCM, Version control, automated build and test processes and tools are higly prefered.
* Experience in system integration projects highly desirable (integrating LDAP servers/Single sign-on techniques)
* Experience in Sizing & estimation during initiation phase of the application.
* Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact with and present to customers.

.NET Developers/ Designers
Education: BE/ BTech/ ME/ MTech/ MCA/ MSc in Computer Science or related field
Experience: At least 5 years of industry work experience (Teaching experience not to be accounted for)

Skills:

* Experience with design and architecting solution for building heterogeneous systems using multiple technologies on .NET Platform using object oriented programming model.
* Experience in VB.NET, ASP.NET, Visual Studio.NET, ADO.NET, C#, Microsoft AJAX, Visual Source Safe, IIS and SQL server
* Stored Procedures, Triggers, Database Design and maintenance.
* Extensive knowledge and experience of designing Interfaces and Common Standard Libraries.
* Should have good understanding of integrating heterogeneous systems and designing add-on modules that are pluggable and configurable to one or more business systems using strong .NET hands-on programming experience .
* Good knowledge of design patterns, component reusability modeling and enterprise architecture is a must.
* Good knowledge of following one more technology areas, Sharepoint Portal Server, SharePoint Services, WSS, MOSS 07, Windows Workflow Foundation, BizTalk server, Project Management Tools (Clarity, MS Project),
* Exposure to RUP / UML and Use Case writing must. Exposure to Configuration Management will be an added advantage.
* Familiarity with SOA principles and exposure to SOA implementation is highly desired.
* Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact with and present to customers.
