The objective of this conference is to provide a forum for Researchers, Educators, Engineers, Scientists and Government officials involved in the general areas of Electrical, Electronics and Control Engineering from different parts of the Country and Abroad to disseminate their latest research results and exchange views on the future research directions of the following areas such as Electrical Machines, Drives, Special Machines, Improved Controllers for Drives, Power Systems, Power Quality, FACTS Applications, Power Converters and Inverters, Design of Advanced Controllers and Application of Soft Computing Techniques such as Artificial Intelligence, Neural Networks, Genetic Algorithms, Fuzzy Logic, etc.

* Limited accommodation in College Hostel (single/twin rooms) is available with a nominal rent of 100/- per day per person (includes boarding).
* Also, accommodation is available at hotels in Sivakasi, Virudhunagar and Madurai with a tariff rate ranging from 750/- to 6000/-.

How To Reach

* From Chennai International Airport, you can reach Madurai Airport which is just 60 km away from the College and Tiruvananthapuram Airport which is about 250 km away from the College.
* Alternatively, you can take a Train route from Chennai-Egmore station to Virudhunagar which is 15 km away from the College.
* Our College is located midway between Virudhunagar-Sivakasi State Highways and is easily accessible owing to the large number of buses plying on this commercial route.
