HARNESSING OF SOLAR ENERGY

Abstract: -

Solar energy is abundantly available to the earth’s surface. Since there is the tremendous load on the conventional energy source and unfortunately it will be going to last only 90 year’s from now hence it is necessary to look for alternative. Solar energy is one of the alternative present but due to its dilute availability causes the instrument of larger size. The cost is also high of the instrument, which is one of the basic factors for not going for solar energy harnessing.
 Flat plate collectors are used to harness the solar energy radiation, which in turn used with either the photovoltaic cells, water tubes or direct radiation is absorbed to make its final use.  
 If the cost effectiveness is achieved with conventional energy source and people is literated for pollution problem then it will be widely used.
