One-day workshop on MIMO-OFDM Wireless Systems - Saturday, August 28, 2010 At SRM University Chennai
About The Workshop
Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) is a promising modulation and multiplexing technique for high data rate wireless transmission. OFDM combined with multiple antennas at the transmitter and receiver (ie., MIMO) increases the diversity gain and enhances system performance on time-variant and frequency-selective fading channels, resulting in a MIMO-OFDM configuration.
The MIMO-OFDM workshop will introduce the research community to the contemporary research in the area of MIMO-OFDM Wireless Communication Systems and promote team collaboration among research scholars and faculty members having relevant expertise to execute advanced research in this area.
The workshop will be organized as a one-day event comprising four technical sessions. This workshop provides a regional forum for the research community in the MIMO-OFDM research areas.
