About the Conference

The 5th international conference on ‘Advances in Mechanical Engineering (ICAME)’ is scheduled to be held during June 06-08, 2011. The objective of this conference is to bring together experts from academic
institutions, industries and research organizations and professional engineers for sharing of knowledge, expertise and experience in the emerging trends related to Mechanical Engineering education and
research. The conference is structured as plenary lectures followed by parallel sessions. The plenary lectures will be delivered by the eminent personalities at international level invited to introduce the
theme of the conference. Each parallel session starts with an invited talk on specific topic followed by contributed papers. Papers are invited from the prospective authors from industries, academic institutions,
R&D organizations and from professional engineers. Potential topics to be addressed in this conference

$400 (for foreigners)

The registration fee enables the participants to receive the conference kit, proceedings, lunch, dinner, etc. during the conference days.

Camera-ready Full Papers Due: 30th April 2011
Notification of Acceptance: 10th May 2011
Registration Fees Due: 20th May 2011

Some of the selected papers will be considered subsequently for publication in few international journals of
Inderscience, Novascience, Serials publications, etc. (similar to the previously held conferences).

Accommodation

A number of hotels at very reasonable rates ranging from Rs.200–Rs.600 per day are available in Surat city near railway station. The details of some hotels are given in the instructions sheet displayed on our institute’s website.
