Electrical/ Electronics Maintenance Forge Division

Level - Operative, Shift in charge

Education : DEE/DIE/BE

Experience : 2 to 6 years experience

Details: Exposure to PLC, Drives/VFD, soft starter especially of Siemens Allen Bradley Mitsubishi etc is essential. Exposure to servo robots of Fanuc, ABB etc will be added advantage.

Need to have a Experience on - Hydraulic, Mechanical presses, Induction heaters, oil/gas fired furnaces & material handling systems like shuttles, servo robots, motors, AC motors, conveyors, Transducer, electrical control/power panels, etc.

Knowledge of systems in Manufacturing Process like SAP/ISO/HSE/TPM etc is added advantage.

Electronics & Electrical Maintenance - Machining Division

Level - Operative, Shift In charge

Education : DEE/DIE

Experience : 2 to 6 years experience

Details : Maintenance of automated production lines, preventive and breakdown maintenance of PLC controlled systems CNCs, robots, material handling systems in Machine shop.

Maintenance of substation, Control circuits of machine tools and trouble shooting. Should be familiar with Fanuc, Siemens, Allen Bradley PLC with servo drives.

Mechanical Maintenance - Forge Division

Education : DME/BE

Experience : 2 to 6 years experience

Details : Experience in Maintenance of Hydraulic Press, Conveyers, gear boxes.

Knowledge of basic hydraulics, pneumatics, SPM, Forging Process.

Installation and trouble shooting on mechanical presses, hydraulic presses, induction furnaces.

Mechanical Maintenance - Machining Division

Level - Operative, Shift In charge

Education : DME

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Details : Experience in maintenance of sophisticated Journal / Pin Grinding / Milling machines with hydraulic mechanisms and vertical and horizontal machining centers with CNC systems of Fanuc / Siemens.

Experience in maintenance of Machine tool and utility maintenance, maintenance of pumps, Knowledge of TPM.
