ASP.Net Solution Architect / Team Leader

Job Description:

As a .NET Solution Architect/Team Leader with Tranzparent, you will be part of a team responsible for the design and development of our web-based document management and workflow product suite.
In this position, you will be required to design a distributed multi-tenant product and manage other team members to ensure that various development projects are completed in an intelligent, effective and timely manner and always map back to the overall solution architecture.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Design, Develop and Enhance Digital Designs DocAgent product platform in .NET, C#.
Thoroughly understand current product suite and design and develop the next generation of the product.
The immediate vision for the product is to have a single install, multi-tenant capability that can be deployed in the cloud.
Design and Customize modules in our products to meet customer current and future needs.
Be a technical Team Lead and manage development activity of the developers in your team

General Requirements:

A computer science or engineering Bachelor's degree from a leading 4-year college or university (other majors considered with solid prior experience).
6-8 years experience in hands-on, web-based ASP.NET application software development.
Excellent software design and development skills a MUST. Individual should guide other team members into efficient coding methodologies.
Domain knowledge in Enterprise Content Management is a plus.
Ability to Manage a Team of Software Developers, define testing strategies and scripts.
SAAS development experience – Multi-Tennant Architecture.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Ability to synthesize and document requirements.

Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally.

Technology Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 6 years of experience developing Web applications in .NET. Experience with ASP.NET and ADO.NET and C# a must. ASP.NET 3.5 and above a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience designing large scale web applications. Effective communication of ideas through meaningful UML diagrams a plus.
Participation in the complete life-cycle of multiple enterprise-wide, web-based applications
Solid working knowledge of XML, Web Services and object-oriented techniques
Demonstrated expertise designing and developing relational database access components in .NET
Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft .NET architecture best practices,
Database design and/or logical and physical data modeling. Performance tuning knowledge, Strategies for data replication and security a plus.
Experience in deployment strategies and scaling .NET web applications in a production environment.

Summary:

Responsible for software design, development, testing and implementation of DDI Software Solutions.

Education / Experience :

Bachelor's degree (BE/BTECH.) or equivalent; and six to eight years related; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificate and Licenses: Microsoft Architect certifications a plus.

Dot Net Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Project Manager is responsible for the leadership of projects that are cross functional and have a high degree of complexity.
The Project Manager VP is directly responsible for delivery of assigned projects within acceptable timeframes and quality standards.
The Project Manager is fully knowledgeable of the RISK Solutions Product Development Process in addition to general best practices of project management.
The Project Manager may be responsible for multiple projects running concurrently.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Manage all phases of the project per the Product Development Process.
Deliver assigned projects on schedule aligned with the critical needs of the business vertical.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Software Developer should provide and develop technical solutions as well as interface capabilities for the fraud analytics working with predictive models.
They must collaborate with other team members and various stakeholders to define customer requirements and system interfaces, assess available technologies, and develop and present solutions.
