* 5+ years overall experience in IT with atleast 2 years in Middleware Integration
* Technically strong skills in Ensemble or TIBCO; Cache/ OOPS/ DB
* Executed/ led atleast one Integration Project (Mid to large size) either using Ensemble or similar technologies like TIBCO
* Willing to learn Ensemble if the person does not have prior experience
* In-depth knowledge of SDLC, including estimation and processes
* Must be able to support and clarifications of the team
* Should be good in communication and customer handling
