Management practices have created an impact on societies, cultures, technologies, environment, markets, public policies and international collaborations in business and commerce. Digital age has changed the scenario of complete business world and the current business models have replaced the traditional ones. The cut throat competition of business world has enforced the organization to encourage new trends and improve the business trends as well. Change is all the more overriding in the developing and less developed countries. Globalization of business has not only resulted in foreign direct investments and foreign institutional investments but also a great deal of technology transfer and innovations in product and process design.

Original contributions in the form of theoretical and empirical papers on the above-mentioned tracks are invited from academics, research scholars as well as practitioners. The above list is indicative. Contributions in sync with the conference theme will be considered in case the research work conforms to the broader scope of a particular track.

Manuscript submission

Please submit your abstract (Sample abstract) written in English using MS-Word of Times New Roman font, clearly indicating the authors name, affiliation, contact numbers, and e-mail id to gajendra_kashyap@rediffmail.com or drgskashyap@gmail.com or info@iams-international.org on or before 30 July, 2011.

Manuscripts should be written in English. All authors should obtain assistance in the editing of their papers for correct spelling and use of English grammar. Manuscripts should have double spacing with ample margins and pages should be numbered consecutively. The Editors reserve the right to make changes that may alter the style of papers.

References in the text are indicated by author's name and year of publication in parentheses. If a referenced paper has three or more authors the reference should always appear as the first author followed by et al. The references are listed alphabetically at the end of the manuscript. Journal titles should not be abbreviated.

Registration fee can be remitted through Demand Draft in favor of “International Association of Management Scholars” payable at Srinagar Garhwal.

A concession of 50% on total amount will be applicable to-

Academicians and Practitioners : Rupees 2000
For students and research scholars : Rupees 1000
Participants from other countries : $ 200

All the participants are requested to register for the conference latest by 15 September 2011. In case of more than one author, it is mandatory for at least one author to get registered to ensure inclusion of the paper in the conference souvenir. However, if all the authors want to attend the conference, they shall register individually.
