National Conference on “Role of Mathematical and Physical Sciences in Engineering and Technology” At Government Degree College Karanprayag (Chamoli), Uttarakhand

Applied Mathematics and Physics are rapidly growing multidisciplinary areas with connections to Engineering and Technology through academia as well as industry. There is furthermore a constant need in these fields for the quick and efficient advancement of information exchange with an expert audience. The conference provides a unique opportunity for in-depth technical discussions and exchange of ideas in Mathematical and Physical Sciences, as well as their role in engineering and technology, natural and social sciences, enviornment, defence research, forestry, industry and finance.

It offers to researchers, industrialists, engineers and students from different part of the country to present their latest research, to interact with the experts in the field, and to foster interdisciplinary collaborations required to meet the challenges of modern science, technology, and society. This forum will address a large number of themes and issues.

The conference will be scheduled in plenary and keynote lectures followed by special and contributed sessions. We hope to receive a variety of papers from engineers, Mathematicians, Biotech and Physicist too, which will help in generating many interdisciplinary problems, thus strengthening Mathematical and Physical Environment.We look forward to welcoming you in Karanprayag on the occasion of this exciting scientific event.

Mathematical Physics, Mathematical Chemistry, Mathematical Biology and Mathematical Medicine, Optimization and Operational Research, Theoretical Mechanics, Discrete Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Probability, Dynamical Systems, Algorithms, Experimental Mathematics, Theoretical Computer Science, Applied Analysis, Mathematical Modelling (including but not limited to Mathematical and Physical Modelling of Engineering and Environmental processes, Manufacturing, and Industrial Systems, Heat Transfer, Fluid Mechanics, CFD, Transport Phenomena, Applied Algebra), Theoretical and Experimental Fluorescence Spectroscopy,Develpoment of Advance Materials, Solid State Physics, Nuclear, Particle Physics and Astrophysics.

Call for papers

Ø Original, unpublished papers for presentation in the technical sessions of the conference are invited from researchers, academicians and professionals.
Ø Extended Abstracts (not more than two pages) carrying the title, name, necessary references with figure or tables should be submitted by Aug 25, 2011 to the Convener (ncrmpet@gmail.com). The text should be typed in Times New Roman font, 12 points and single spaced. Electronic version is requested.
Ø Acceptance of the papers will be informed through email by Sep 25, 2011.
Ø Accepted and registered papers will be included in the proceedings.

Mode of Payment

Registration fees should be paid by DD in the name of Principal, Government Degree College Karanprayag (Chamoli) payable at Karanprayag, which should reach latest by Oct 10, 2011.
