About the Training Programme

The components of teaching-learning process include students, course planning & assessment, teaching strategies and other professional concerns like evaluation of teaching and new faculty etc. The proposed SDP has been aimed to address aforementioned issues and make the teaching-learning process more effective in the class. The SDP will also provide teaching methodologies for those students whose learning styles are different from their respective teachers. The ideal coverage of a course depends upon many factors, like planning the course coverage during the semester, good start off the course, description of the learning objectives of different topics, creation of effective tests and grading, actively involving all the students of the class. All these aspects are required to be elaborated to the faculty members attending the SDP to enhance their delivery to their students group in future.
